                  Never experimentet with it, (I use waders). But maybe just a boat with a fishing rod and then one of these:
                  Large 1-3/16 in. dia x 3/8 in. thick disc magnets made from ultra high performance N52 grade neodymium. Commonly used in large scale engineering.

                  24 kg of pull. And then build in the same magnets into every hull you got..
                  You would be able to pull not push. And rescue a boat stuck in some vegetation..In theory.
