                  Never experimentet with it, (I use waders). But maybe just a boat with a fishing rod and then one of these:

                  24 kg of pull. And then build in the same magnets into every hull you got..
                  You would be able to pull not push. And rescue a boat stuck in some vegetation..In theory.
