I can share a great story that is similar to Paul's.
A few weeks ago I ordered a DF Pirate 35" direct from Delta Force. I paid with Paypal and it was sent a few days later. Due to the senders mistake thinking New Zealand was in Australiait was sent there. When I emailed, I straight got an apology for the error and they would send another in 3-4 days. I managed to get hold of Australia Post who confirmed that they had forwarded the parcel through to NZ (wow some intelligence there, didn't expect that!). I contacted Samuel at DF and told hime not to send another hull as I would get the original one, He sent it anyway. When they arrived, one one day and the other the next, I emailed back about paying for the second hull. To my surprise and delight, the reply was no need to pay, i twas a gift to me.
I can say that dealing with Delta Force was a really great experience and will happily buy from them again. Absolutely awesome customer service!
P.S. I sold the extra hull to a club member at cost so I ended up with a free hull that will be on the water replacing my Pursuit next month.NZMPBA 2013, 2016 Open Electric Champion. NZMPBA 2016 P Offshore Champion.

Just thought I'd post this here too.
Here's a good news story. At least for me.
I ordered the Pursuit boat from Banggood some weeks ago because it was on special.

The box that arrived seemed a lot bigger than a 32" mono needed.
The reason being that a twin drive Zonda was in it.

I was in a quandary. Should I keep it & say nothing? Or should I let them know, so they could freight it back & deliver the Pursuit?
I was not brought up by my parents to steal, and keeping it would be like stealing AU$445.00
I stewed on it for a while but then sent Banggood an email stating the situation, also saying that although the Zonda would be a nice boat to have, I couldn't afford the extra money..
I don't need a twin cat. I already have one that wins races in both the 4s & 6s classes at our club.
Truth be told, I don't really need a Pursuit either. I have 4 x EA 4s monos that I can race with. It was bought for the express purpose of trying different setups & configurations of motors, ESC's, & props etc, in the one hull.
Well Banggood have replied, apologizing profusely for the inconvenience. But stated that if I were to pay them US$50.00 (AUD$62.00) I could keep the Zonda.
I guess that's their break even point when all things are considered.
I thanked them sincerely & have just now forwarded the money.
I buy a lot of stuff from them. Not just boat stuff, but all sorts of things. And I shall continue to do so.
But now. What to do with the Zonda???Comment

I've always heard that Samuel at DeltaForce is a great guy.
