I suggested the lower kV 1650 4060 because I have learned lower kV is much easier on the electronics.

The 1650kv combine with a m545, m645 should pull amps in the same area as the 1800kv x642 setup.

But the m545 is a faster prop than the 642 and the tp 4060 will hold the rpm better underload. So I feel by reason of prop efficiency and motor efficiency. You should see better speeds than what you did before.
