Guys, this is what is left from an attempt to check if a prop is balanced on a Dremel...
yes... I went there... don't try this at home.
I placed the prop on the shaft, the shaft on the Dremel (perfect fit BTW), and went to
town on the "throttle"... there was a slight vibration on the beginning and it got
worst, and worst, and worst... then the prop SHOT out of the shaft and into my back yard
somewhere (lost) after ricocheting of a tree branch... all I heard was "kahpeeng", kling, kling... and no more prop. It gets worst
Thinking this would not be a big deal I had no safety precautions nor gear, I could have had some serious "prop in the eye problem"... seriously, avoid this silly attempt to check if the prop is balanced, find a safer way... I know I will, don't wanna lose another prop (or an eye).
