Plasti dip shrinks and tears. Been there.

Use 5 minute epoxy. That's what I do on all my boats and customers boats. I think I posted a thread on it. I'll tell you this, I had Josh's cheetah (Shua) out on the lake a couple weekends ago. A cooling hose popped off. Boat filled with water. I could tell because it started slowing down and sitting lower. I brought it in. Drained the water out. Everything still worked. I did the sf300 in it too btw.

      Travis,
What do you do for waterproofing your servos if they are not already waterproof.
      Regards,
      Bob

I only use waterproof ones now but I have packed the gear end with grease and coated the circuit board with epoxy and used a small amount of silicone on the body pieces and screws. Too much work tho. That's why I go with waterproof only

Thanks Travis. I still have a couple of older ones I am using, but I've done exactly what you suggest. Only waterproof ones lately. Worth the extra cost.

Did the fire department use their hook, and ladder to get that cat down from a tree???
