Not to hi-jack the thread, but you might try the Indy Admirals club out, lots of help on hand there. We're at the Pyramids location this Sunday 11am till we get done 5pm?

Thanks for the invite. Thank you very much. Someday I may make the trip. I had no idea there was a club there. Are there many Bonzi's?

Update: Adjusting the timing and shutting off the Low-voltage-Cut-off seemed to work...until my drive dog screw came loose. I think I tightened the prop nut too much which overcame the little set screw which moved it down the shaft to the 1/8" relief I left between the prop and the strut. In all my years in this hobby, I've never had that happen. Thanks for all the help. Not only were the esc suggestions constructive, I learned a lot of other things too.

There are all sorts of boats, I don't recall a Bonzi, but I could be wrong. Check out this thread http://forums.offshoreelectrics.com/...-season-thread for video high lights. OK back to topic......I do agree with these guys LVC, I've been there done that too with the 180amp.

Does your shaft nave a flat spot in it for the grub screw? If not mark the position and file one in with a small file, this will allow the grub screw to hold firmly on the shaft.

Yes it does. It may be sloped on the side towards the strut. I was thinking of filing it more to make a more square angle. I also took out a little relief which should let the teeth of the drive dog not slip all the way out of the prop.
