I had a fema inspector come to my house yesterday because we applied for assistance. I was denied assistance because my house was still live able. My carpets are ripped out and the baseboards are removed. Lost a couple generators (and we have another storm on the way) and it messed up my workshop to the point that I have to get another one. My in laws lost everything and are living with us and only got $1600. Several people at work have been denied too. I'll admit I didn't get it near as bad as a lot of people but even people that lost everything aren't getting much help if any. It's sad really. Most people (like myself) didn't have flood because they weren't in a flood zone and they still aren't getting much help. It's pretty rough for a lot of people but everyone seems to at least be in good spirits. I guess the way I can look at it is fema isn't insurance and I have a place to stay at least.32" carbon rivercat single 4s 102mph, 27” mini Rivercat 92mph, kbb34 91mph, jessej micro cat(too fast) wasComment
