Randy I gave you a chance to fix it and you said you were going to close your business so as to not deal with it, You left me no choice but to file a dispute with PayPal. On their advice they stated, "Do not return the boat until you get a return authorization and we tell you to ship it back" The boat is currently all packed up ready to return as soon as authorization is given.
Photos and documentation was also presented. If you want to blast this all over forums that is your choice. Just shows the type of person you are, and I do love the threatening voice mail you left me. Such an upstanding business man you are.
You even stated yourself that the quality of the work was poor and you were not happy with it, yet you sent it out to me anyways and with pieces missing.
I asked you to email me as to what you wanted to do about this issue by the next day, you never did, I gave you 2 days to contact me and you didn't. I had to do what I needed to do to protect myself.
Oh and please do get your facts straight. Money is frozen on both ends, yours and mine till this is resolved. This is how PayPal protects both parties involved.
