4 cells 10,000 Mah and 34" any motor's are allowed but no more than 4 cells per motor and no more than a total of 10,000 mah. So for example you can have a 33" boat with twin NEU 1515/1y's each motor can use a 4 cell 5,000 mah battery.
I don't see anything in the rules against it. Or you could theoretically run one 4 cell 10,000 mah battery feeding both motors. However that is a lot of weight in a small boat. Not sure how it would handle?
