I have been looking for some options about hatch screws and came accross you red boat with the thumb screws. Can you let me know where I can get some like that please? Also, what about the neoprene seal?

I put a silicone O-ring (shock seals for my rc cars) on under the spring. It does the trick very well. You just need the right size that will fit down into the recess nice and snug. Some hatch locks you can remove the lower cross pin if it has a set screw (requires some heat, as that loctite is solid), others you can stretch the o-ring over the top button, then work it down to the bottom of the spring. Along with some foam rubber weatherstripping tape around the hatch, I've had boats upside down for 10 minutes and only get a shot glass of water at most.My private off road rc track
