Best way to cool an HM200A ESC?

    Thanks for everyone's input. I think I will try the larger heat sink, (especially since I have so many to choose from), with a fan and water cooling. I don't think I will need to worry about it being too cold!

    How much of the DP270 do you use on the ESC to waterproof it? From the pictures it doesn't look like it is totally encased in DP270.

      I coated the top and bottom and tried to get what I could in between then sealed up the space between the boards just to make sure.You will need to clean off the tops of the mosfets to make sure the heatsink has intimate contact.I squeeged the tops clean with a piece of balsa while wet and then sanded LIGHTLY any residual that I missed after it had set up.
