I'm sure Hex-DJ and his "Lawyer" aren't enjoying this thread because it will go on and on with testaments to the great business practices that OSE provides. Recently I needed a part real fast as I was going on vacation. Steven was just coming off of his and through a couple of emails he managed to get my part to the resort where I was staying so I could run my boat. Anybody who thinks this guy is a crook is simply out of their mind.Comment

If it were not for OSE I am not sure where I would shop....Many different sites ,lots more in shipping charges lost orders or even worse just plain ripped off. Since I have found OSE I have pretty much stopped looking for any other places to shop. If Steven doent have it on the site dont mean he cant get it....

I agree 100% boss man. My first reaction to that BS was to remove it and him from our sight. I skipped my Stop, think and cool down before I post process......lolI feel we all have a right to talk about our problems. Sure I didn't like the way I was treated in the thread, but feel he has a right to remain and dont see a need to remove the thread. SJ and I have tried to delete very few threads over the last year. Because when I surf other forums besides OSE it never gives me a good feeling when I find a thread has been removed. I think its important for users of the board to be able to trust what they read and know the info hasn't been altered.
. I just flew in to defencive mode & and started swinging.... Thats not a good reaction here but it makes me handy in bar fights

I just wanted to give you a public thanks for the help on the recent order that the USPS lost. You were in no way liable for the package being lost, but you still stepped up and provided great customer service that goes way above and beyond the norm.
In addition, Tom G. (SJFE) as well as many of the other OSE members here have helped this newbie with swap shop parts and advice that I could not find locally. Without that assistance this would have been a short-lived frustration-filled hobby instead of the addiction that it has become.
It is the majority of you that make this hobby a great as it is!
It is Steven that has enabled us to have this open forum, let's try not to make him regret it.

If Steven was the vendor you people say he is, he would have automated shipping, and would, at the very least, have a laptop with a aircard so that we can be in constant communication with him during those times he feels that he must have a life outside of his day job and OSE.
Until then, I will continue to support a man that busts his butt to provide us with the best service and equipment possible, and continues to support, promote organized Fast Electric racing in it's numerous forms.
Thank you Steven for all your hard work and for your many contributions to the IMPBA and NAMBA. Oh, I can't forget the "Allstar Hydro Shoot Out"
As for the forum members, what a bunch of loosers.:p I'm proud to be one of them.

Here is my 2 peso's worth from the far end of the world........Andy- you can zip it now !!
I have only once ordered from Steven via Graham.D. The shipping charge was way lower than I had imagined and the speed was fantastic.
I read the other thread and left it alone. I can be nasty when I want to and believe me I wanted to get nasty on that guy, but the shear distance made it a no go and words don't hurt a lot so I left it.
Steven you do a great job here and we all appreciate it.

No aircard, but the laptop does come with me on the weekends with wifi. While I right this I in bed borrowing someones net service, with my wife bugging me to leave the room and start our morning I think if I got a aircard my wife would divorce me.
