I just read the thread started by an upset member with a delivery issue. This member has no right to call Steven a bgfdewhewgh and the like on an open forum, when we all know that OSE is the best distributor of FE products. I am very surprised that Hans Sepulveda has not been banned but that shows that Steven is a very classy individual.

he dont need express mail. i orderd parts monday and it arived in norway today ( friday) thats just DAMN fast. in my book steven and OSE is 100 stars.

I recieved an order this week, It had maybe 20 items. After I remove the hull which was first on the packer, I removed the bag of parts, and check them off the slip, The carded (10-12)parts were rubberbanded together in order of the sheet. I don't know what more anyone could ask for, showed in 3 days also.

my buddies and i here in Hawaii have ordered parts from many RC distributors and i am sure a speak for them when i say Stevens shipping is the fastest, even though i am just about the farthest away i could be from him in the U.S. his shipping prices to Hawaii are the cheapest also.

I feel we all have a right to talk about our problems. Sure I didn't like the way I was treated in the thread, but feel he has a right to remain and dont see a need to remove the thread. SJ and I have tried to delete very few threads over the last year. Because when I surf other forums besides OSE it never gives me a good feeling when I find a thread has been removed. I think its important for users of the board to be able to trust what they read and know the info hasn't been altered.

RcPrince someday if I'm ever able to do this full time, I promise Expressmail will be on the top of the list.

I just had to mention that one time I ordered stuff on Friday afternoon (pacific) and it arrived on the next Tuesday, that means to me that he was working late and/or on Saturday before post office closing time.

If you haven't figured it out by now, I am a VERY opinionated person, and I usually tell you exactly what I think (look at the political threads elsewhere on this forum). I stayed out of that whole fluster cluck even though I wanted to put my two cents in.

The offending author has to be a pre-pubescent teenager, or a psychologically deprived and deranged moron. I have a whole lot more faith in Steve and OSE than I do in the USPS. And Steve stood up like a man and dealt with it in a very professional manner. Furthermore, this kid is blowing smoke. No attorney would waste his time on $150. That’s a small claims issue. What clown would threaten hire a $250 per hour attorney for a crummy $150?

OK, I've resisted, but my 2 cents : OSE is the Gold Standard in online merchandising. It's also obvious that the young man with the beef has dealt with this in an immature, idiotic manner. I can confidently order stuff Sunday night & it's in my mailbox Tuesday in Los Angeles. Everytime, always.
