This motor read a bit high in my opinion. It's supposed to be a 2000kv 4 pole....
Heres a little experiment I did. This motor was sounding bad because of the bearings were a crunchy. I let it run for a while, you could feel the roughness in it. The kv stayed rock steady. I had some bearing oil right by so I tried a few drops. The kv started to climb. Weird but expected. Went from this:
