        I know on the motor I have I think they went to 35mm spacing recently I was told.

          Well, I would be able to tell if it is wider than 25mm by design. It is more like 25.1mm and believe it or not, the TFL motor mount is precision made ( for a change) and it would not have taken me 4hrs to struggle to find imaginative ways to circumvent the need to molest my motor mount. There are six holes total, but only one pair gives me the ideal motor/wire orientation, in the end, I was trying all the mounting holes to no avail.
          Yes, it would have been an easy fix but sometimes I am stubborn.

          This is clearly an one off motor that slipped pass the inspection...
          Too many boats, not enough time...
