      I still have mine. Couldn't part with it. Built it in 06 I think.

      On mine I reinforced at the seem from the inside and got rid of the shoe box overhang that they come with. I was trying to help with the aero. That was the theory at the time. I still have a gear drive in there. Also has an .098 wire drive with ball bearings. It was pretty trick in it's day. Could use an update. It's still a great boat.

        That ESC has to be hating life. I've never seen one run like that. What's the transom look like?

            This might be a silly question but does it have trim tabs on it? If so adjust the inside ones down a little.

                  done deal new vid ! Until I re do the ride plate. I'm stuck with this speed. I notched the plate so it would skim like a tab. The only thing is I'm stuck with too much positive.
