Ray I assume your referring to the Revolectrix Diamond batteries,if so that was the ones I was thinking of trying as the Silver series I understand that you need a suitable charger for the hv silver series to get 4.27v charge. Your thoughts & findings on the Diamond series compared with other decent batteries like Dinogy etc.Thank you.

Well I've only tried one set of Dinogy 5000's in my 40" mono and the Revolectrix 4400Mah Diamonds in my Q-Sport. Both are 2P setups. I once tried the 4400's in the mono and it was significantly faster than the 5000 Dinogy but, they are a tad lighter being 8800Mah total in comparison to 10,000. The 1200Mah difference is negligible imo. The Revo's come back cooler and more left in the packs. They just don't seem to sag as much as the Dinogy's I have but, not saying the dinogy's are bad, these are just better.

Sorry for not having a lot of empirical data (if thats the term?) I don't use a gps or data logging for exact numbers.

Any idea how close the voltages & IR are on the revos cells. Thanks.

Nice to hear some feedback on the revo batteries. I was wondering about them. Their chargers are top notch, so I was hoping the batteries were the same. I have moved from the Hyperions to the dinogy with good result, but nice to have another option.

I'll try to borrow a buddy's charger to check IR but, the more I run them the closer the voltage gets on them.

I only have the 400W x 2 Hitec charger and it has no IR monitoring

I just did a normal charge, not a balance charge. I charge at 10amps with these all the time. the cells not dead on to the rest are off by 0.005vdc
