Found 2 problems already, the water intakes on the cooling jacket are tiny so I'll change those as well the rudder was way to tight to the strut. That and the battery's could've helped make it run hot, I'll wait to run the 3s venoms and see what temps I get. Oh picked up ir thermometer guys.

Sorry, my mistake misremembering the 642 as an X442, things sound more possible with that prop. You may well be able to prop up eventually, but don't try it until you have decent temps on your existing prop it will only make things hotter. Likewise but more so moving to 6s, you may be able to run 6s on that motor as it will still be a reasonable rpm, but it will pull a lot more amps unless you prop down considerably, so make sure you are running fairly cool before you do it.Paul Upton-Taylor, Greased Weasel Racing.Comment

I'm not as familiar with the ABC props, but I was thinking a 442 would be a conservative starting point. Doesn't look like you have one, so maybe the 445 or 642 for a short run to check temps.My private off road rc track
