Just make sure when you email Jan put in the subject line: WRONG ITEM RECEIVED. I did this, And he replied with 3 days. I have been really happy with his service.Comment

I usually get a reply before 3 days, the title of the email should be to the point and of course being polite helps. If you haven't heard from him in three days send another. I wouldn't start with paypal for atleast five days. It's well known that if your in a rush you should shop elsewhere. If I need a part to run my boat this coming weekend kintec is second to last on my list. If you want to save money on orders it seems there's always a another type of price to pay. If it's a standard item I don't bother with them at all. Just the way it is!Comment

I sent him an email around 2am. It is now 6:30am. Jan said, "I'll send another." He does provide excellent service, and I have never had any issues that weren't taken care of.Comment
