I placed an order from them 10 days ago. I usually get an email following day and order is too my door in 3-4 days. No email no package yet. Anyone place a recent order and have a problem? Thx Jeff

I tried to place an order with them as i have done previously .... i don't have PP , i used my c/c for purchases with them , it won't let me as i was looking for Aeromarine coupler 8mm-1/4 , very interesting

Yea that is odd Savage. Anyone else? I have made about 15 orders in last few months and never a problem. I have emailed Jan several times but got no response. And like normal phone is always busy.

I don't recall the last time Jan responded to one of my emails. Just last Friday I sent a PayPal payment to Jan by mistake. It was supposed to go to Dave @ HRC. I emailed Jan and I received the refund within a day.

I just got an e mail on a question I had, depending on the nature, I wanted to return an item, it's the first time I need to do it, and I wanted to ask Jan for his opinion and permission. E mail was sent Friday afternoon ( Pacific time---after hours East Coast time) , as I expected, retuning e mail from Jan first thing today ( Monday).
The e mail that accompanies the order sometimes does seem a bit late, but I have not had a single problem with Kintec.
Jan is really a busy guy.
I never used c/c, so don't know the story there.

Yea I have had nothing but great service in past but these parts are holding up my build and would just like to know if they are coming. You don't get ignored emails when you order from Steve here at OSE. Just a little common courtesy would go a long way to keep customers ordering from you

Got a reply from Jan this morning. He was waiting on parts. My order will ship today. All is good

I just received my order from kintec to Canada in 10 days. It had over a dozen parts and multiples of each. Everything arrived as per order. I still hold my breath hoping everything will arrive. My order to OSE was placed placed a on a Thursday and at my door by Tuesday. If I really need something quick kintec would not be the first place I think of. OSE never fails. I wish OSE carried everything and never went out of stock! I needed something that was out of stock and inquired about it. Steven emailed me back and was able to help me out, included free of charge in my order! Things like that never happen anywhere else! I know it's about kintec but both orders were placed close. Kintec delivered but OSE was exceptional and orders arrive fast everytime

I just ordered some cf cloth and got it in 3-days. Never had any issues with them, I would like to see a more user friendly, remodeled website though.

Too bad Ose doesn't carry carbon cloth. Or at least I haven't noticed it

I agree on the web site. I placed an order on April 2nd, it arrived on the 5th. That is pretty good in my book.

Talked to Jan and new website is in the works but not ready to launch yet. A lot of work and not enough time for one guy. I think he and ose do a great job for this small part of the rc community.

They both do a great job. Steves shipping is lightning fast. But at least OSE can tell you if items are in stock.
