That was a while ago, I usually only run 5.5 bullets, that was an exception, I believe was a Venom P1 Fountain as I wanted to run 3s2p, the ESC was Seaking120A and motor was stock out runner. The point is that it should have worked, but it was zero juice! It ran fine with each individual battery, but hook them together and there was not a sign of life.
I did ask the question here and I got zero answer. Knowing if I pushed any further it would have landed me in the "ignored" list again , I quit while I was ahead . I ran that boat on 4s since and tried my best to forget the mystery.

Yea but I just want longer run times so I'm gonna get to the bottom of this.... someone on here will know the answer.

This is very curious, I have been running 2P with just about every kind of ESC and have not run into this. I have a couple of those 240's here as well Jlov. I could test.

So where are you at now? Is the controller still just beeping? Or will it run with one pack only? Do you have a meter to check voltage with the batteries in parallel?

If it were me & I was going to run 4s twins in parallel I'd build them with 5.5mm connectors. Its simple to solder bullets with a butane pencil torch. Deans are only good for 60A.

He is using 5.5mm bullet connectors with a set of adaptors from Kintec, I built my own and also use Kintec's w/o any issue. I was the one who was relating a similar experience with Deans. Sorry to cause any confusion.

                  No biggie bro
Connectors are weird sometimes. I've had brand new connectors fail for no apparent reason like a ford pinto or something

I've got 2 female deans to m/f 5.5mm bullets I use for charging adapters & on the astroflight ESC in my villain. I got them off fleabay for $3 apeice I think. I think it'll handle a run in the villain x on 5000mah 5s2p alright.....

Put the kintec connectors on one battery and hook it up to the esc, and see what you get. That will tell you if the kintec connectors are cold somewhere.

Great idea, be sure to tape/cover the exposed connector!

No Rocstar ESC has stopped the beeping. It's running great on one Lipo. I do have a voltage meter yes.

Good idea Slo. I will try that in morning.

EOk think I figured it out. These two 4s 4000mah lipos I bought used are the problem. If I run them in parallel or series boat goes slow. I ran them singularly with y connector like Slo suggested and still ran slow. I put a 4s 5300 in it and it ran perfect again. Can not fit both 5300mah packs in it to test the parallel but I'm pretty sure those 4000mah packs are bad. I have a little voltage checker. What should they read after a run and after a charge? I ran them in parallel for about 1 min and in series for about 1 min.So not much run time
After the short run they read
                          1-3.91
                          2-3.89
                          3-3.91
                          4-3.89
                          All-15.6

                          1-3.86
                          2-3.83
                          3-3.86
                          4-3.87
                          All-15.4

                          After charge they read
                          1-4.18
                          2-4.17
                          3-4.18
                          4-4.20
                          All-16.7

                          1-4.18
                          2-4.17
                          3-4.18
                          4-4.20
                          All-16.7
Are these lipos ok? Each one took twice as long to charge as the bigger 5300mah packs

The voltages all look OK but how about the internal resistance. They really lose their poop if stored in warm places.

No I bought them from a very experienced boater. He used them day before I got them from him. He suggested the 25c rating may not be snuff for my set up.

Does your charger show Internal resistance?
