    D wind motors - timming should be set at 0 or 1 Degree Max.
    higher then that only causes heat and higher Amp draw, without increasing the RPM.

      Good Point. Not sure I why I had that set up for 5 degrees and that might account for the heat I am seeing. I will double check my settings on that ESC to ensure it is correct. I haven't messed with that boat in over a year because it is pretty much dialed in to race. Thanks.
