Good Point. Not sure I why I had that set up for 5 degrees and that might account for the heat I am seeing. I will double check my settings on that ESC to ensure it is correct. I haven't messed with that boat in over a year because it is pretty much dialed in to race. Thanks.

I have done a lot of painting on Buggy body's but as its done from the inside the paint finish is always good lol

If you can, send us some pics as you go. Always like to see a build progress. I have painted the clear lexan bodies. Everyone is a professional painter with the way those work!

Larry is using a fairly old but, solid NEU 1515 1y.

Tks Ray....had a good conversation with Mike L. last night about the GP335...gave me some great ideas! he suggested getting cg around 1 1/2" back from sponson heal. Im going to start out using a 1515 1Y running a 445 prop 4S 6600 mah and see if that will survive a heat run.....DJ
