i dont think money is a issue. if you like it, you will find a way.
take me for example. i am 18 years old. hold a job and putting alot of money away for school and spend 140 dollars a fill up to go 400 miles LOL
i make it work tho.

Yeah, but add a mortgage,the bills that go with it, another car, kids and college tuition to your equation.
Then there is lifes little suprises.

There is some truth to what you are saying though. The hard core will find a way.

We obviously posted at the same time Steve. I didn't make it to Chattanooga either. We (US and abroad) are in trouble no doubt, But I think FE is doing as well as it can these days. Everything has seen a slowdown as far as I can see.

The main disadvantages I see of FE compared to gas is electric is very expensive when it comes to big boats, has much less run time, and a relatively high failure rate of these very expensive components.

Thoughts

Oh, I have some stuff to run...a 1/12th Classic Hydro with 700 and A123, CB, Falcons, ect.

What I don't have is a 10S2P 10,000mah 5 HP BL motor and a full credit card to go with it.

Anyhow, enough of this.....I was just wondering where all of the above guys were.
