My Bad, I should of pointed out as Fluid has stated ...we are into Saw type setups with our 6S boats we do a few long Saw runs, check for probs, tune etc and go again, we are not continuously running these hot 6S setups ....we have other 4S boats for other racing/sport...
Rick the 1600kv on 6S is still a very fast setup and I dont think you will be dissapointed at all..far as series or parallel you are running about the same mah Ive never seen an advantage either way PERSONALLY...now maybe someone else can point out if their is an advantage to one or the other..Id like to know if there is myself
Im not putting down TP lipos, I used them for years in very hot and fast EDF jets and some fast prop planes...but ive found the dinogy lipos to be true to there higher c rating outputs and the nanotechs are not bad either...hot setups require higher c outputs so 65-130 c is all we use anymore ( sure wish i had lipos with those kind of c ratings back when i was still tryn for 180 mph with a edf jet).....
