How much money do you have? It looks like a pretty easy repair, but it will add a little weight and not be as pretty, so if you have loads of money why not replace it.

If it was mine I would repair it.

not a whole lot... i mean if i wanted to i could replace it but what im thinking is to strip it down (already did) and repair. I also plan on reinforcing the hull and fixing everything. I want to put another sheet of glass inside and also fix a crack i found on the transom. Then once it is done it will be painted Hugger Orange with some black accents and i will upgrade from here. I plan on putting a stronger motor and esc in the future, so the weight shouldnt bother me. Ill make a post in the build forum. This will be my first build/rebuild so it should be fun and a good learning experience.

Unless you really pour the epoxy to it which really does nothing the weight gain will be minimal, only need enough to wet out the cloth, puddles in the hull don't add much strength.
I did a pretty major repair to a Motley Crew with a bashed in sponson, doubt I even added two oz. That much difference in weight between some batteries!
I think the your scheme is great, I did a cat in green and black ala Dodge. Nice boats but even nicer when yours looks different than everybody elses.
If my boats upside down then who owns the one I thought I was driving the last two laps?

From the outside, it didn't split the cloth it just all smashed in. the resin kind of fractured.
Was surprised at the amount of damage, bumped with a SV27 side by side in a corner, rode up and over the SV, kept going if I remember right.
My prop took some digs out of the SV canopy and cut his water line, the Motley fared much worse.
If I was to do it again I would cut out the tub, now I've seen a few with the tub cut out and carbon fiber in the floor. Back then didn't want to be the guinea pig.
