Did you calibrate the throttle on the esc??? had a club member w/ the same problem. I calibrated it and it came alive. Calibration is different from programming. if you didnt do it, its likely your problemComment

i'd turn the low voltage protection off all together and just time runs. to some this sounds dicey but once you've run the boat a few times and time your runs you can usually tell when the batteries dumpComment

I think we found your problem
Set battery in boat
plug in the negative only
Turn on your radio and pull full throttle
While holding full throttle plug in (or have someone else plug in) the positive lead
Continue holding full throttle until the esc beeps.
Once it beeps, release to neutral
It should create a few more beeps
Disconnect batts
Reconnect and I feel your problem is solvedComment

it calibrates the endpoints so the esc knows where full throttle is. If you do not do this, you are not running full throttle when your at full on your radio. If you read the instructions that came w/ the esc (if you have them) it explains you need to do this and instructs how to do so.Comment

Since you haven't done it Id bet a lot that it is your problemComment

Welcome. You can dry test it quickly on the bench and you will immediately know if it was it. Plug it all in as is and blip full throttle and note the sound of the rpm. Unplug it, do the Calibrate procedure to it and blip it again. Should scream when your doneComment
