If the racers would post their current setups, how many new people would actually enter races? If you felt like you could build a boat that was competitive and meet the class specs, would you give it a shot? If you knew their hull, motor, esc, prop and battery specs (RACE Class of boat), would you give it a try? This forum grew because information was shared without criticism. I am just curious if racing would grow if people had more detailed information about racing. I know if you are not in a club racing information can be hard to obtain sometimes. You would still be at a disadvantage from racing skills and setting up the boat, but that would come with experience and money.
