Sorry proper chopper I was talking about previous thread your advice is right about the rudder. Just the other thread I had started I was getting a lot of answers to questions I did not ask and few answers to the ones I had asked

It's all good. I know how frustrating it is to put time, effort (and bucks) into a build only to end up with teething/tuning gremlins. Been there, done that While many responders will offer well intentioned advice it's often necessary to just do some hands-on trials to see what works best in your individual situation. Hang in there

Perhaps compounding your problem with the (greatly) offset rudder is the fact that your water pickup is on that same side, causing even more drag. If it were me, I would go back to the stock inline mount, (you'll need a new bracket as yours has been modded) use a Kintec offset, and move the water pickup to the other side of the rudder. That should fix it. My 2 cents worth.

I do have a new stock rudder but as I mentiond prop is to big. I think I am going to mount the rudder on the other side. A could swap second pick up but it would not be catching water from prop on the up side. But most likely I will leave it till winter to set it up better

Is there any reason not to mount rudder on port side. Usually everyone is offset on starboard side

With the Kintec offset, you can run the larger prop. Mounting the rudder on the other side would be a better solution, like you said you want the pickup in the (upper right of the) wash (sorry, I didn't catch that). If you are not running ovals, it won't matter which side the rudder is on.
