From running on 6s to much and to many rpm for that 2000kv motor to handle.

Ok something doesn't seem right though. I was kinda joking about 3/4 throttle but it does sound like the motor isn't winding out all the way. Should be getting at least 34000 rpm loaded. So 22.2 x 2000 = 44400 let's just say you lose 10000 under load for fun. If you run a 645 and you say cut down( cut down how?) so let's say a 643. If you take 34000 rpm 43 mm diameter and 1.6 pitch and run it in the speed calculator at 20% slip it comes back at 69.77 mph. So in theory what you have should be a 70 mph boat.

Is the drive line free and easy to turn? Is the LVC off? batteries could be sagging real bad. Lets see your prop work. You say cut down, at the tips or what?

You should be able to hit 44 on 4s 2000kv with a little x440 so something seems off

That equipment being wired parralel instead of in series is what makes the most sense to me. All new good equipment and running slower than stock?

The only thing I did different was I had to run a x440 sharpened and balanced. The motor is a leopard 4082 2000KV the timing I have set to 15º and I am running two max amp 3s 6000mah with a 100c rating. I did modify the drive shaft with a jeff w. Wire drive with a speedmaster strut. Everything turns free smooth as hell.I spent a ton of time Getting everything perfect. I will try to post photos of not I'll shooot and put on you tube for you to see. I know I also had less run room then but that didn't make that big of a deference. I ran against a buddy's boat and I would walk him every time hands down mop the floor. Just don't make sense. I did lose my prop the x645 a few days ago so I ordered another one this morning. My x440 prop is just sharpened and balanced. Any help ? Will post video of writing one way or another

To me it seems like your strut is way low, put the strut level with hull bottom. It is a good starting point, that may be what is slowing the motor down, so to speak. You may be pushing too much hull in the water.

Ya I think I'm going to set everything level and start from 0 what is weird is I ran it before and I had no where near the chine walk that I got in the video but I did move my batteries all the way towards the back only a half inch gap I'm battery tray.

When you start making adjustments, move things around, do one thing at a time. I know it might be time consuming but it is really going to help in identifying if what'd adjustment made works good or if it makes it worse. One thing at a time and small adjustments yield big results.

If I can get out early enough from work that I am already at work now I normally work till 8pm if I can get out a little earlier I'll try to run it again. Going to buy a garmin hand held to get accurate mph I just don't think that's right. His the hell can I have done so much and everything seems perfect even when I run it after five min everything is cool just Luke Warm.

You also need a 3/16 gap at the prop dog and stinger !
And grease the flex shaft good to.

Ok I'll put a gap there and I pulled the Teflon tube out every time I run it clean it out and I use grim racer grease and I inject it with a neddle every time. That it's full and I full the stinger with grease and lube

A large gap is not nessesary at the strut & dog as I believe Zack is using a wire drive where theirs no wind up as on a flex.

Yes it is a wire drive I pout the one I got from Jeff Wohlt. I'm yesterday as I finally got it in the mail. And its allot nicer then the one we had to craft from the hobby store.
