? If I take the outer term tabs off and move them to the inner because I really only care about speed would that help. Or do I have to have all four.

I'll vid my pond tomorrow morning and post it.
Btw the pond I'm running in is huge, so I have to hit it at around 7am to get optimal conditions.

The inners are the only thing in the water at speed. But I like having both.

I've got my inners set about 2 degrees down from 90. Strut is set at 0 running a 442 with the batts an inch off the rear. Just be careful. At that configuration, blow overs come easy. Be sure to tape up for speed runs or risk your vitals taking a bath

An x645 with that setup is a bad ideas. In fact, the 2200 kv on 6s is a bad idea too. Sell the motor and buy one in the 14-1600kv range and you'll see better speeds with a good size prop.

Agreed. I would maybe run a 215 with that Leo. I'm running a 220 on a 1600 Leo and am having good results.

That's cool. I just wish I could video myself lol and have enough room. I'm going to change my timing and get the new prop and I'm installing the speedmaster dusl pick up rudder tonight.

yeah I did get it I'm not sure what you mean you want me to cut the speed master rudder to fit on the factory locations is that what you mean? or do you mean cut the rudder down in length?

Not down to length... You'll see what I'm saying. If you have any questions... Just ask

                          Zack,

Your current set up is a much faster set up than how that boat comes stock. Trouble shoot 1 thing at a time till you figure out what needs adjustment or if something is defective. That setup is fast even if I doesn't break 70.

For stability once you get her running you will want that other pair of tabs and batts forward. I run my boat with a couple of guys that have Spartans that are fast ranging 50's to 60's. All of them have the extra tabs, 5.5mm bullets for batts and 6mm for the motor. None of them chime walk at wot. When you get your set up working properly your boat will run faster than those Spartans, you have a bigger and higher kv motor then what they are running.

I did just think of something tho. If I remember correctly you reinforced your hull??? If so how much weight did you add to the hull?
Having too much weight with a big prop could keep a motor from getting its full rpm. Just a thought
