Whats up with a 2200KV motor on 6S - you going for a moon shot ? As has been brought up a 2200KV motor is a nice hot setup on 4S2P. Go down on volts or KV and you'll have the right combo. It's lucky your prop hasn't hooked up or the boat would go haywire vertical. Plus with chop like you're running in the boat won't get very consistantly level for long. Lowering the strut raises the stern from prop lift which lowers the nose. With the right stuff and adjustments the boat should air out nicely - mine runs a 1900KV 4082-sized motor on 4S2P and does just fine

Thx for the input. Yes I have seen your vids I originally had the boat on 4s1p but I had the low voltage cut of set on the esc and it was very slow so I put in the 6s2p in the boat and shut the low voltage off and it ran fast I know it's not recommended I don't have pics right now but I will post some of the back of the hull and setup. The prop is about 1/4 inch above the bottom of the boat in the video. I haven't tried it with 4s1p with the low voltage cut off on off maybe on 6s it's just too much and pushes the front of the hull down?

I have done some forum digging, and I did find some stuff on a subtle hull mod on the last step to get it up on plane much better.

After seeing the video the boat looks to be running on 3s not 6s. It doesn't sound as if the motor is revving up. Have you calibrated the radio to the ESC? It could be that you are not getting full throttle. Another thing, don't run the motor on 6s. It is a pretty hot 4s motor. On 6s your rpm will be very high. Damage could occur to the motor and ESC. Could you show a picture of your setup with batteries installed?

This is 6s obviously. To be honest I think you need some dead flat water and really need to run wide ovals to get a feel for how shes running. Nothing against how you're driving I do the same thing but to figure out trim and everything best to really stretch its legs. Is that video of your upstate lake?

Yes. This what shot this weekend upstate. It was a little windy. My other boats did rally good even the fighter cat fantasm I built. Tubal like a dream. But this one is giving me problems

That little prop screaming at 40,700 rpm is not the ticket. I run a 450/3 (wheelie city) or 452/2 on 4S 1900KV and it runs fine. Also those batteries look a little aged. CG looks too far forward also-just guessin' there.

open to input. the batteries are old but still work and take full charge the next thing i wanted to do was extend the esc wires or move the esc back more so i can keep the batteries more back of the hull

                            What is going on here...
                            2200kv x 22.2 = 48,840
Regardless of water conditions there is no way your motor is getting that rpm based on what I hear in the video
