    You're running 6s or 3s?
Why is the strut all the way down?

2 3s packs It seems like by keeping it all the way down pushes the boat up if I have the strut higher up it pushes the front of the boat more down. I have the battery packs almost all the way in the back as well

Yeah but are you running series for 6s or parallel for 3s? That's a 4s motor. On 3s its not gonna get up on a plane really, and on 6s that thing should be taking flight and catching fire

            If that's 2200kv on 6s there's something really wrong

Looks and sounds like 3s. Are you sure you have it wired series?

Ok. Well it seems that there is another issue somewhere. On 6s that thing should be absolutely screaming and possibly self destructing. Not sure what exactly you have but go thru every piece of eq you have in it for us

Maybe the motor is too small, but it just doesn't sound like the rpms are up there. My 2200 on 5s has a much higher pitched whine and will blow by that like its standing still. Of course it's a mm so it's a tad smaller

From experience...put the strut at 1/4" above the bottom of the sponsons with the hull sitting on a flat surface. Set the cener of gravity at 30 percent measured from the back of the sponson not from the back of the transom. My Cheetah with a Leopard 4082/2200 on 4S2P runs great......yours can too.

radio is a tactic. Esc is a turnagy 180. Modes. Forward only. low voltage set to off Set to 15deg timing
