Email Steven about timing for my motor if that's all good I will have to reset strut and tabs as you said and maybe even prop down and just toy with it till i get it running fast but cool. It is slow to take off got SF set to standard for start up type. Is that normal or to do with setup

If your getting around 95kph or 60mph with a 4074 motor then the boat set up cant be all that bad, are you running for 5-7 mins constantly.

I should halve the run time?

Personally i would run for 1 min & check temps then 2 mins & check temps & so on, so you know exactally whats going on re temps & run times to find the best accepable temps & run time. Whilst still looking at sorting out the best set up re strut settings, tab angles & cg etc.

Now from pictures, the trim tabs are to far from strut and 1 1/8" from strut and 1/16" up from transom bottom and level.
