I have a tower pro ESC that does the same thing but if I run it in nimh mode it works find I think it is a problem with the voltage cutoff because if I use a different lipo battery it works fine but this one is supposed to automatically switch between 2 or three cell lipo, I just use it in nimh mode and am carefull not to run the battery down too far.
