This thread is getting a bit confusing...
Why are you posting pics of other boats? Both the Daytona and Mystic you posted pics of are a lot different hulls than what you have. Aside from the fact that they are all catamarans, they have very little in common.
Are you just posting pics of stuff that you like?Comment

Keith, in my post I asked what the HOR push-pull rudder would look like mounted. It's the same one in the author's previous post.
These ARTR cats is great for us that do not have the skill, time and tools to do a full install of mounts, stingers, struts, etc to a bare hull.Comment

That is actually NOT the HOR rudder. The HOR rudder is a chineese copy of that one. They do use similar pull/pull system (a push/pull would not have cables) where the cables hook to the servo, but the overall quality of the part is not the same.
If you get the HOR rudder, do some testing on the cables before you use it. They easily seperate from the shafts and may need to be re-glued.
I still don't get why he posted a pic of Joe's Daytona...maybe it was just supposed to be a pic of the ESCs and he liked the way they looked in that build???Comment

Fighter cat has (or had, not sure if they still do) a 10 cap bank that I used for HV and a 5 cap bank for LV.Comment

Here...
The smaller rudder is the HOR copy, the larger rudder is German made. The HOR rudder is a copy of the design to a degree, but still differs. For instance, all the little bolts that are on the HOR rudder aren't really bolts at all. There are actually two larger bolts on the HOR that hold the blade on, the rest are fake.
It's still a cool rudder for $50, as long as you don't expect the same level of quality you get with the $300 pieces.
