Thats really too bad. Ben had a good thing going there. I was planning on getting some stuff from him for my winter build but will be going elsewhere now. Who ever took over must not be too bright. Bashing Steve like that on an open forum is going to help your business...NOT!!!!!

I opened a dispute through paypal. We'll see if that gets any response.

10 minutes after opening a dispute with PP I recieved a status update from FC saying that my status had been changed. The new status is "refunded". But nothing from paypal to that effect. Not yet. Maybe it takes time.

It also says on the FC site that anyone who opens a PayPal dispute will have all membership priveleges revoked permanantly.

lol their terms and conditions page says you cant file a dispute with paypal or you will be banned that has to be against paypals rules. If their page says that about Steven he needs to sue the hell out of them and take over fightercat.

I have contacted my attorney. I also contacted the free forum site that he is using.

How about Ben recruiting OSE forum users to post links to his products here. In order to back door doing it himself. Luckily some of those people didn't want to do his dirty work and notified me.

What about all the FC recruitees that were asked to SPAM the OSE forum with FC this and FC that? They had some insight in the background but gladly spammed OSE anyway.
