He seems to go MIA at times and then an email will show up from him. Patience while hard to muster sometimes seems to be the key. Although it would be nice to get a response to emails sent at times. I am also waiting for esc. I do believe he is not responding to negative email as he has posted in forums he seems to get a lot of.

I'm sure things will get back in sync with Ben. When it comes to China, watch out. I just had couplers made 3 months ago and now they appear on another site. So much for the exclusive they granted me. Lucky for me the part is pretty basic.

He has done just that for me. I see disruptions like this as being a part of a small niche within a niche industry. Of course I don't have big $ orders pending as some of the guys do. I'm sure he will sort things out soon.
