Neu can handle more rpm. I'm running 2200 on 5s. Just watch prop size. I would never try this with a Leo for ex.

I am by far no expert and learn by my screw ups, @ a price if you get my meaning,
so no the 2650kv on 4s would be pushing it.
oh boy I can see it now that others will be giving their input, lets see,
Yea thats alittle high, too bad the 3674 didnt come in say a 2300 or 2400 kv it jumps up to 2650kv.

I know what you mean, I always keep and eye on the leo motors and see whats available and always looking what would work best
In my boats, I am very pleased with the UL-1 setup on 4s and I am not going to push it, the speeds i'm getting are just fine.
Know to get the impulse up a running and be reliable.

I've run several 1515 neu motors. I have been very happy with them-- I don't have measurments I can give you, but I can say I can push my boat with a hot prop, and my lipo packs and connectors will get hot before my motor does...
