          For props, I'd also start with the PropShop 47mm 2-blades.

          You can make a little bench test for the ESC's:
          If you connect them you should hear 6 beeps, indicating the number of connected cells. Then the status LED on both ESC's should be lighted. If you then give a little throttle the LED should switch of. The just give for a really short time full throttle at the transmitter, just less than a second is enough. Because at full throttle the LED's should switch on again. If they don't switch on the ESC's are programmed not correct to the transmitter and don't open 100%.
          But really just a short kick of full throttle.

          The rest of the photos looks fine so far, no huge mistakes or problems visible.

          Maybe you can post a video of the test run mentioned above as well as an EagleTree file of that. Especially interested in voltage/current/rpm of that bench try.

                Just havnt had the time, the boat is at my other house (at my lake house) and quite frankly im scared to run it... the batteries not being looked after for a year, despite never being ran.. i will run it as soon as i go home, promise
