Help me decide what to do...

So you don't the esc i have is good either? I am half wondering if maybe I ditch the whole boat and go with something smaller that I can just use tge two lipos with. Maybe the esc I have would work in it. Be it a bit overkill but maybe it will stay cold.

My goal is cheap, reliable, fast and run time. I know that's not all possible but a nice average of each.
