my heat prob is solved lol. went out back threw then genesis in lake and speed controller didn't beeb. gave it throtttle went for for 5 feet and stopped. got it back to shore and now wondering what batts and esc to go with the leopard 2200kv i just orderd for it.

180Amp or more, 2S lipos 5000mah or more are fine in series to run 14.4V or 4S2P to get little longer run times...

I have 2 boats running 120amp esc on 4S for a while and they work fine. Not overproped...
