You may be running too long. When the lipos start to drop their voltage, it happens quickly, and things get very hot fast. Where is to lvc set to? Time your runs if you can. Upgrade to 5.5 bullets if you haven't. What's your timing set at?

The manual that came with the boat says it requires 14.8v 4000mah 25c batt 125 esc and 3kg servo. on hk promo video for genesis they ran it on two 2s batts with a 120 esc.

2075 is more a 4s motor. Although it may not be a great motor to start with.

OK, so what are the results from running 4S....lots of heat...remember, the motors they put in those things are el cheapo and not very efficient...run 4S at your own risk......

Put a smaller prop on it...if you want to run 4S.

Ok, use smaller prop, check how easy your shaft spins, lubricate again, check cooling, change connectors to 5.5mm, try again.
IMO this motor is good on 3S ( they say up to 4S but that is Chinese statement )
Other people reviews calling for 3S on this motor....
