I know for a fact that the Blinky will work. I cannot tell you that the Hyperion LBA-10 will work with your charger. It might, but I cannot say for sure.

You might send an email to the Hyperion folks (they are in Japan but answer email quickly as they can and they are native English speaking so no translation worries).

These are the guys who own Hyperion. They can answer your questions I've done business with them. Good company.

You can also bleed balance the packs by charging direct and them hooking up the balancer afterward and letting it balence them out.

Your unit looks like a pollyquest clone. You should only bleed off 50 to 100 mah balanceing like that.

I loathe to say this. Buyer be aware of cheap Li-Po batteries, ballancers and chargers!!!. The charger though, that is being used here is first class. I perceive a ballance and battery problem here.

OK....the Hyperin charger will not charge if the cells are below 3.6V/cell.

One thing you can do is warm up the cells to 'loosen' up their resistance.

Do not apply direct heat to cells. Warm them up with a heating pad or a hair dryer on low. (might want to put them in a nice cardboard box to retain some warmth.) once they get to 90 or 100 deg....try them on the charger again.

What I have suggested can be dangerous. Especially since the origin of the cells is somewhat questionable. Do this outside your house and away from any thing expensive...like a car. Keep a fire extinguisher or better yet a bag of sand handy.

Also, if you live somewhere warm, place them in the sun for a while.

Watch that you don't get them too hot....like over 140degF.

                          z400,
It appears that you have 300mah selected on the charger. That should read 3000 mah for your 3000 mah pack.
Get yourself a volt ohm meter. You don't need anything fancy, just a inexpensive unit from Radio Shack, Harbor Freight ect.

                          Good luck,

                          Doug

                                Balancer Problem?

i hooked the balancer up to the battery but didnt plug it into the charger

hooked the battery up to the charger Via the deans plug

battery is charging. I've got it at .05A.

Im wondering if there is a bad cell in the pack?
the balancer's 3 cell light flash's and then the error/check light flash's and then it goes back to the 3 cell light, and then back to the error light. Repeatedly

Edit- That is with the 14.8v 4000mah pack also
