Not to be mean bro, but why risk ruining perfectly good components in that thing? I can't imagine it handles well... you are inevitably going to get water in the hull and ruin that ESC, or loose the whole boat. Hulls aren't that expensive. Get a good hull and go from there. I understand you don't have a lot of cash, but that's all the more reason not to WASTE the valuable items you do have. Save that pretty motor and ESC untill you can get something decent to put it in.

it runs pretty well actually.
it has zippy packs, a suppo motor, and used to run off of suppo ESC's.
no water got in the hull and it's a great basher boat, that's why I upgraded to a fightercat (and i ran out of suppos )
I'm already getting ready to build a lynx with a keda to see how that turns out so my money will be going into that.
