found the 5692 but with 540kv and 30v max that is not a boat motor rather a 1/5 scale car.

The 900kv is only 22.2 aka 6s so it too would not be a good candidate. these r car motors.

chances are those motors will take more volts than what they list!
even for 5th scale the rpms they list with those volts wont even work good
        I'de love to try the 540kv 5692 on 15s

The prices were all over Sunday night Monday morning. I could have bought as many 3660-2900kv motors for $11 each. After a couple hours it changes to about $20, then $37.

If you can stay up late enough, you can get the new stuff for peanuts when it first comes out. Not sure if this is intentional or not but, it happens allot.

I have what I need now. No need for more motors to sit on my desk.

i am waiting for Ben's outrunners, the new ones look cool.

            Bump!

Anybody tried their motor out yet? I got my 4082 1600 kv yesterday but I'm waiting for a new hull before anything else happens.
Seems like the prices went up too. The 4082 is now something like $55. I paid about $40 two weeks ago.

http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...dProduct=17699 I just got this in today, with weather permitting i will try it in the AM in my MG. Would this motor handle 5s or 6s? I am sure it will be a better motor for my MG instead of the stock. Any input before I blow this up in the AM?

That is a 4s motor. Maybe 5s with a small prop and very short wot runs.

Just figured since I ran stck Geico on 6s I figured it would be possible on this motor.
