50% power with 100% throttle ?

Hi

I have a problem with a turnigy 60 A boat esc and my Hitec agressor CRX pistol radio.
This is my first boat build from scratch.

Turnigy 60 A esc
Leopard 28/58 motor
3 lipo cells


When I got to the lake and started to the drive the boat it looked nice, but slow...
Everything was room temp after the cruise.

When I got home, I connected the motor to a RPM/KV reader and there was only half the rpm/kv the motor was appel to.

I then tryed another turnigy 60 A boat esc with the same result. Only half the power with full throttle.

My radio setup for the throttle is:
100% forward - 100% backward
No ABS
Subtrim throttle 0
End point adjustment throttle 100% forward - 100% backward
Exponential throttle 0%

ESC setup:
Only forward
3 lipo cells
3,2 V Low voltage cutof
7,50 degrees Timing

I tryed to reset both the esc and the radio with the same results.
I have changed the motor with the same result.
I have done the throttle range calibration on the system twice. Same result.

The radio is working fine with a ARTR boat on another model memory and 2 diffrent cars.

I am running out of idears , so if anybody have an idear what the problem maybe is, I will be very thankfull

I had a similar but diff problem. After the initial take off, the esc would drop to 1/2 throttle. On advise from the guys on here I switched to manual programing for the # of cells and lowered the voltage cutoff and it worked.
