I had a issue with one of my sons boats. It seems I picked a kv that wouldn't work well with the boat I had. I found this out last Wednesday. On Wednesday NIGHT I emailed Mr. Neu about the issue, thinking I would get an email back on Thursday. I got an email about an hour later that night. Steve suggested a new rotor with a magnet that was a bit stronger, so I can gain about 10% more kv. I received the new Neu rotor on Friday, installed it and sure enough works great!!!!

I've ordered motors that have taken more than 12 weeks. You have to understand that Neu Motors are all specially made to order.

They come in and sell most times before they hit the site or the next day or so after listing them.
