    Ok, I put the UL1 motor in along with a Grim 42x55 s/b prop, raised the outboard almost all the way up and added a bit of angle to the prop to bring the bow up, pushed the battery back to get the CG a little back, and HOLY CRAP!!!! We have liftoff! The hull absolutely FLIES now! It runs with about the last inch of hull in the water- it looks awesome on the water now, and picked up a HUGE amount of speed.

    Stiletto= my new favorite boat

      Awesome! Ul-1 motor in every proboat lol. Tunnels are real fun once you get them set up. I dunno why the hell proboat puts low kv motors in their boats intended for 4s use. It's just stupid if you ask me. But congrats man!

        I'll be selling a RTR UL1 minus batteries soon. All stock with upgraded cooling lines and a Grim 40X52/3 prop if interested.

          Man, you should have posted that a week ago when I was considering selling the Stiletto!
