I just bought a $50 cert for $10 on ebay and I may get a elogger 150 for lower amp applications. I sold one last year to fund the usb recorder I have now and I wish I had kept it, oh well. But I think I'll be pleased with the upgraded specs.Comment

could someone be kind enough to post some pic's of the system wired into a boat so I can get a visual of how it should be set up. I would really appreciate it, I'm sure it's simple but it'd be nice to see one set up so I can make sure I get it correct. ThanksComment

Is anyone running these units over the amp rating on a regular basis, ? just wondering what effect it has on the unit? Does it take the amperage off the graph when you throw it all onto a chart on your computer? Or still record max amps even if you were to exceed 100/150 amps., depending on rating of your V4.

Yeah, I got the panel, I would like a visual pic just to be sure what I'm doing is correct. I think I understand how it wires in I would just like to see some pic's so I can get some visual clarification on what I'm doing. I'm going to have to figure out where I can fit it too. It'd be nice if the each set of leads come out either end, that'd make my life easier.Comment

I played around and found that it was so simple that I was over thinking it and missed it. I added connectors and simply plugged my parallel adaptors into the wires marked battery and plugged the esc wires into the esc. I had the lcd screen, brushless sensor, gps and three temps sensors plugged into the unit, what a mess, wires everywhere. I'll have to find a way to tidy it all and keep it out of the way so for now I think I'll just get the boat in the water without the system for one quick run, then I'll add the system again and take the time to set it all up on the computer.

Make it nice and neat if you don't like messes.
I've got the elogger v4, LCD, GPS, brushless rpm, 2 temp sensors, throttle position and the rest of the boat crammed off in this little geico. Tried to keep it neat. Even a home brew grease catcher over the flex/collet area I made from a medicine bottle. Just clips in place.
